Liquid Type
A word drawn in fine ribbons softens into a flowing sheet. Letters shear, ripple and pull apart, hovering between readable type and abstract linework.
About this pattern
Original GART geometric alphabet · animated ribbon deformation
Horizontal ribbons are cut from a geometric glyph field and carried through a smooth, time-dependent deformation. Legibility controls the deformation amplitude. The motion is a seamless twenty-second wave cycle, not a fluid simulation or a font effect applied after export.
