Two squares rotated by forty-five degrees form each star. At their eight intersections, an alternating bridge masks the lower ribbon and redraws the upper one. The crossing order stays fixed as a travelling pulse changes the ribbon width. These are original geometric motifs, not reproductions of a historical panel.
